We had a French exchange student who put SO much milk in the eggs. (Hosting him was our empty nest adventure.)

Isn't that funny! I thought French = butter on everything!

I guess I am wackadoodle- we always add milk into the scrambled eggs. Lately I have been mixing in blended cottage cheese to add in more protein. It is good!

yes! Wackadoodle-doo! Try water in place of the milk and I'll try the cottage cheese - sounds good.

Initially, my depression era grandma taught my mother and I to put milk in our scrambled eggs. I discovered water made them fluffier when I moved out. But I’ve experimented with pan scrambled and cottage cheese scrambled and everything in between. MY. quirk is I add salt and pepper (and sometimes garlic powder) while I’m mixing them in the bowl instead of in the pan or on the plate 😉

I can't critique you for that! I like to season in the pan too. Lately I'm experimenting with rosemary and dill...
