i'm with you on this Stephanie. Some of my own children were very strict vegans for years and another a strict vegetarian. Holiday meals were no joke for meals. I was often making the same dish but two different ways! Factor in a vegan wedding and later a vegan baby shower. I'm so happy that everyone has decided that meat and dairy are good again!..ha!
